Discovering Your Ideal Neuromeditation Style – A Personalized, Trauma-Informed Approach

Learn how to use the newly updated Neuromeditation Styles Inventory (NMSI)—a groundbreaking tool designed to help you or your clients discover the most suitable meditation style based on individual goals, needs, and preferences. This innovative scale provides a tailored approach to meditation by offering guidance on five distinct styles: Focus, Mindfulness, Open Heart, Deep States, and Quiet Mind.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How the NMSI works to match meditation practices to specific goals, such as improving concentration, enhancing emotional resilience, or achieving profound relaxation.

  • The importance of screening for unique challenges, including relaxation-induced anxiety, dissociation, and alexithymia, ensuring a safe and supportive starting point for every individual.

  • Why a trauma-informed, developmental approach is critical to fostering growth and minimizing the risk of negative experiences during meditation.

Whether you’re a mental health professional, meditation teacher, or simply curious about finding the right meditation style for yourself, this webinar will provide valuable insights into using the NMSI to cultivate meaningful and effective meditation practices.

This session emphasizes a holistic and compassionate approach to meditation, ensuring that every participant can embark on their journey with confidence and clarity.
