Webinar: Audio-Visual Entrainment for Mental Health, Meditation, and Expanded States

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) is a non-invasive technology using synchronized light & sound stimuli to guide the brain into specific brainwave states. Through the use of flashing lights and rhythmic sound pulses, AVE stimulates the brain to naturally adjust its electrical activity to match the frequency of the external stimuli. This process is known as brainwave entrainment.

AVE can be used to promote relaxation, enhance focus, improve mood, and support mental health by encouraging brainwave patterns associated with desired states, such as calmness, alertness, or creativity. This technology is commonly used in therapeutic settings for conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and it is also utilized for meditation, cognitive enhancement, and sleep improvement.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understanding Brainwaves and States of Consciousness.

  • What is AVE?

  • The Science Behind AVE.

  • Applications of AVE in Mental Health.
