Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

The administration of ketamine in lower, sub-anesthetic doses to treat pain, depression, addiction, or other psychiatric diagnoses is a newer, off-label use of ketamine that has become relatively wide-spread in recent years.

Ketamine can be administered by intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), sublingual, oral, and intranasal routes. Our approach utilizes an oral lozenge route, rather than IV or IM since it tends to be gentler and allows the process to occur in a comfortable, therapeutic environment.

Following each ketamine session, you receive integration sessions to help explore any insights gained as well as therapeutic support to make meaningful changes in daily life.

Nervous System Reset

When we are stressed, anxious, or in pain, the nervous system shifts to a protective mode, preventing additional input. While this is helpful in some circumstances, it often leaves us feeling stuck in repetitive patterns of thinking and feeling, often leading to anxiety and depression.

To grow and change, it is necessary to first disrupt the old patterns in the nervous system, opening the mind to new possibilities and perceptions. This disruption, when done in a therapeutic context, allows the system to reorganize at a higher level.

The Nervous System Reset program uses a variety of ancient and modern technologies  to help you restore balance, to reconnect to your body in a gentle and restorative set of experiences. These approaches include vibroacoustic therapy, stroboscopic light, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy.

Vibroacoustic Therapy

Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) directs specific sound frequencies into a specially designed Opus SoundBed. The sound is translated into vibrations experienced throughout the entire body. When combined with select music and brainwave entrainment technologies, this technique  becomes a powerful tool directly influencing mind and body.

With both the auditory and full-body stimulation, healing is able to start on a cellular level. Since we are mostly water, this sound travels through us quite easily, making for a one-of-a-kind healing experience.

Clients report experiencing deep relaxation, increased energy, and improved mood. VAT is often compared to a massage or float tank experience. It’s designed to find levels of relaxation and meditation you don’t experience anywhere else.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, has been gaining more attention as a non-invasive, medication-free approach for treating brain-based conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, among other mental health disorders.

Neurofeedback is the process of shifting brainwave patterns through EEG biofeedback. Essentially, we can use a brain computer interface to measure and display brainwave data on a computer screen. This data is connected to a visual and/or auditory feedback system allowing an easy way to visualize changes in brainwave activity. The brain is able to learn and change, potentially leading to increased flexibility and a reduction of symptoms.

Stroboscopic Light

The roXiva RX1 is a hypnagogic light machine for audio-visual brainwave entrainment. roXiva uses stroboscopic white light combined with sound.

Expertly crafted sessions guide you into deeply relaxing or profoundly inspiring states of mind by using the natural ability of the brain to synchronize to, and follow, external sources of rhythm. Essentially, the lights flash on and off at various frequencies and in dynamic patterns, guiding the brain into the desired state.

These sessions can be used for psychological exploration, creativity, rest/recovery, and trancework/hypnosis as the sessions often have a “psychedelic” quality.
