We’d like to take this moment to share some updates on our 2021 programming with you. We’re really looking forward to seeing many of you in our new classes and workshops.
Free NeuroMeditation Mini-Course
Jeff created this course as a helpful introduction to NeuroMeditation. We encourage you to share it with clients, colleagues, social media friends, and anyone else who might be interested.
We will be regularly offering 6-week NeuroMeditation classes throughout the year and hope to be able to plan a retreat once it is safe to gather again. Each 6-week class will focus on a single style of NeuroMeditation and present a structured format to bring these practices into daily life. This is a great adjunct to other therapies or EEG NeuroMeditation.
Beginning January 1, 2021, our certification process will change a bit for new applicants. For those who have submitted an application, completed a didactic workshop, and begun mentoring before the end of 2020, the process will not change. They will automatically be certified at NM-I Level 2 once requirements have been completed.
Going forward, we will be introducing a 3-level certification system.
Level 1 will focus on experiencing NeuroMeditation and establishing a foundational understanding.
Level 2 will be devoted to applying these concepts to your work with clients or students.
Level 3 will be for those certificants wanting to develop a specialization and mentor those seeking Level 2 certification.

New Instructor Training Workshops
In an effort to clearly connect our workshops with our certification program, we've added Level 1, 2, and 3 to their titles. We’ve also included specialization workshops for those wishing to delve deeper into a niche area of NeuroMeditation. In the first part of 2021, we will have courses for EEG NeuroMeditation, leading groups, and HRV NeuroMeditation.
