Kendra Vita is a Eugene-based therapist and meditation instructor. She incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, NeuroMeditation interventions, as well as neuro and biofeedback to help her clients find balance along with a greater sense of peace and purpose in their lives. Kendra has spent decades dedicated to spirituality and personal growth. She can’t help but view persons as full of immeasurable potential, and she brings this perspective to every session and class she leads. She recently moved her family from Texas to Oregon in order to continue upon this path as a clinician and Program Manager at the NeuroMeditation Institute. She is currently completing her hours for full licensure as a professional counselor in Oregon under the supervision of Jeff Tarrant, PhD.
