This 6-week live, online meditation class takes a scientific approach to the art and practice of meditation.
In this live, online meditation course, you will learn:
· How Focus NeuroMeditation influences brain functioning
· A variety of seated and movement-based Focus meditations
· Tips and strategies to enrich your practice
· How to use technology to enhance your meditation experience
Each class session will include a combination of research related to the science of Focus meditation, practical experiences, and group discussion. Between classes, you’ll practice specific exercises to advance your learning.
Class Bonus
You will have the option of enrolling in personalized progress tracking, and you’ll receive a progress report at the end of the class. This tracking will help you determine whether, and to what extent, your meditation practice is meeting your goals.
