Restore your body, mind, and soul in Oregon! Join us for four days and three nights of movement, glamping, meditating, and relaxing in the beautiful Oregon woods. Our magical setting lies just a half hour east of Eugene. This location offers an abundance of natural beauty, towering pines, a babbling creek with grassy banks, very comfortable beds and linens, along with clean and contemporary shared restrooms. Together with other attendees, you’ll experience meditative movement classes, guided meditation sessions in all four styles, flow-state activities, and sound meditation immersion. All activities as well as high-quality, locally-sourced meals will be included with your registration fee.

If you would like to extend your stay in Oregon, the famous Oregon Country Fair will be held the weekend after the retreat. Or, you may wish to explore more of Oregon’s exquisite landscape. Everything from clear alpine lakes, natural hot springs, breathtaking waterfalls, scenic river rafting, and exquisite coastlines are available to you here.
