NeuroMeditation for Autism Spectrum Disorder

Although it can present in a variety of ways, the struggles of Autism Spectrum Disorder often include challenges with social interactions, communication, behavior, and sensory integration.  These struggles can lead to alexithymia and emotional overload.

In this webinar, we will explore the many ways in which meditation can be a powerful tool for symptom improvement within ASD.  More specifically, we’ll explore the relationship between emotion awareness and emotional regulation, mindfulness practices and sensory integration issues, as well as self-compassion practices for autism-related PTSD.

Participants will gain a greater knowledge of how meditation can be used as a helpful intervention for ASD, and will leave with several interventions to begin practicing right away.

Webinar will include a time for Q & A at the end.
Cost is $29, click link below to register.
