These are tumultuous times. All of us are living with an unprecedented level of uncertainty which heightens our sense of worry, stress, and anxiety.

Mindfulness practices can offer refuge. They quiet areas of your brain responsible for rumination and thought fixation and help you develop a calm, peaceful, centered awareness.

Each session will begin with a discussion followed by a gentle yoga/meditation practice. The yoga practice will include seated, standing and floor postures, breathwork, and guided meditation.

Mindfulness techniques can be helpful with anxiety, stress, and persistent pain.

Focus techniques may be especially helpful for ADHD, cognitive decline, or memory problems.
