Mindfulness practices can offer refuge. They quiet areas of your brain responsible for rumination and thought fixation and help you develop a calm, peaceful, centered awareness.
Each session will begin with a discussion followed by a gentle yoga/meditation practice. The yoga practice will include seated, standing and floor postures, breathwork, and guided meditation.
